               Driving Directions

    The Office of Dr. Christopher Foglia is located at:
 
4875 Sunrise Highway, in Bohemia, approximately 1/4 of a mile west, on the north service road, at the Lakeland Avenue exit, #49. 

    Directions From the East: Get off the Sunrise Highway (27) at exit #49, Lakeland Avenue. Stay to the right, going over Lakeland Avenue; there will be an Exxon gas station on the right, my building, and #4875 comes next, and the building after mine is Sun Chevrolet. 

    Directions From the West: Get off at exit #49 on Sunrise Highway. Take Lakeland Avenue North (left) over Sunrise and then make first left onto Sunrise Highway service road west. The Exxon gas station will be on your right, and then my building next. My building is all marble with dark tinted windows. From the lobby elevator, go to the second floor and suite #200 is directly across the elevator doors.
